Perimeter Institute opportunities

Each year, Canada's Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics recruits approximately 30 exceptional science graduates for an immersive, 10-month physics boot camp: Perimeter Scholars International (PSI) This unique Master's program seeks not only students with stellar undergraduate physics track records, but also those with diverse backgrounds, collaborative spirit, creativity, and other attributes that will set them apart as future innovators.

PDF in experimental nuclear physics

The Old Dominion University Experimental Nuclear Physics group is seeking a postdoctoral associate to support our experimental program at the nearby Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab). The group (consisting of professors M. Amaryan, S. Bueltmann, G. Dodge, C. Hyde, S. Kuhn, and L. Weinstein plus 3 postdocs, 8 graduate students and Jefferson Lab affiliates) is one of the largest research groups at Jefferson Lab.

University of Manitoba faculty search (revised)

Revised advertisement for the subatomic physics (nuclear or particle) faculty position that is open at the University of Manitoba. The position has now been opened to the assistant or associate professor level, as well as the full professor level, for exceptional candidates. I strongly encourage anyone in the electron scattering community to apply if they are currently in a postdoc or more advanced level position. Please also forward this to other groups if possible (neutrino, high energy, low E dark matter, etc.).

Best regards,
Michael Gericke
