Junior Scientist Travel Support Program (JSci)

Objectives

The goal of the CINP Junior Scientist Travel Support Program is to allow graduate students and PDFs to broaden their research horizon and become more mature scientists. Initially, the program supports two types of expenditures:

2018 Conference Support

APCTP-TRIUMF Joint Workshop on "Understanding Nuclei from Different Theoretical Approaches"

2017 Conference Support

nEDM2017 -- Challenges of the world wide experimental search for the electric dipole moment of the neutron>

Advances in Radioactive Isotope Science (ARIS 2017)

11th International Workshop on Neutrino-Nucleus Scattering in the few GeV Region (NuINT 2017)

Institutional Member Delegates

Each Institutional Member shall appoint one or more Delegates as its authorized representative(s) to vote on its behalf, in elections of the Board of Directors, and other matters of relevance. The appointment is to be in writing, signed by the Institutional Member's duly authorized official, and filed with the CINP Secretary. If an Institutional Member appoints more than one Delegate, it shall designate the number of votes to be exercised by each person.
